the location was excellent. it had easy access to many attractions via bus and subway. the apartment had all we needed, including helpful staff.
the building entrance had multiple stairs. this was difficult to manage with luggage. the shower's water pressure was weak and extended shower times.

poor ventilationsmall window
the room felt quite stuffy. a small window opened just a crack to what they called an interior courtyard. no fresh air entered the room during my entire stay. the lack of proper ventilation made it uncomfortable.

the room was not great. the window faced an interior space and barely let in any light. it. also, the bed was too short for me, and i did not find it comfortable at all. the pillows were not good either. it really affected my sleep .

the location was good, it was easy to reach various places by bus and metro. the city center was close. i could walk to big ben and covent garden in about 20 minutes, i thought this was very convenient. the apartment had everything needed for a short stay.
The door code arrived only a few hours before my arrival and i had to complete a questionnaire. i also had to upload a passport photo. doing this with a poor internet signal was difficult. It took over an hour to resolve the issue. the apartment had only one window that faced an interior courtyard and offered little daylight.

i really appreciated that the location was central. nearby, i found several coffee shops. the washer and dryer combo was a real help. i was able to complete a load of clothes.
the code for entry came very late. getting it required completing a form. a passport photo was also required which was a struggle.

the location had great access. the hotel is centrally located. it is easily accessible. many shops were in the area including coffee shops and i found multiple public transport stations very nearby.
